Information: One of the oldest sites (if not the oldest), established around 1879. The gardens provide an historic haven of cultivation. With increased organic gardening and companion planting, wildlife has been returning in recent years. There are 60 plots rented by enthusiasts of all ages from a wide cross-section of the community.
