Information: 'A' Listed and one of the most important pre-reformation buildings in the west of Scotland. Tour will give information on the house, its construction and inhabitants. There will be tours of the house and a talk both days. Café open for teas, coffee, juice and a selection of hot and cold sandwiches. There will be stalls selling hand-made items. Demonstration from the bee keeper and an opportunity to purchase some honey and beeswax candles. Face painting for children. Must-see hidden gem! Public Transport Bus Numbers X19 or 19 from West Regent St, opposite Odeon, get off at first stop at top of hill on Auchinlea Road, the House is directly opposite. If coming by car from City Centre come off at Junction for Fort Shopping Park and follow signs.
