Information: The 16th century clock tower that fronts the Theatre is one of the oldest surviving landmarks of the historic Merchant City. Designed by James Adam, the building has gone from church to police station and exists now in its current capacity as a performance venue. The Kirk and earlier clock tower is mixed with award-winning contemporary architecture and is now an integral part of Glasgow's thriving theatre scene with over 55,000 visitors per year!. .
